Our mobile welding rates are straightforward:
$2,000 per day, which includes one certified welder and one fireguard
Projects lasting four hours or less are billed as a full eight-hour day
Mobilization fees:
Within 25 miles – $150
26-50 miles – $250
51-80 miles – $400
For job sites beyond 80 miles, additional travel costs will apply. We also provide real-time video updates so clients can monitor the progress of their project remotely. Online payment options and financing plans are available.
Fabrication services
At Black Steel Welding, we offer custom metal fabrication services, specializing in structural steel components, heavy-duty brackets, platforms, and custom-built frames. Using industry-standard MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, we fabricate high-quality steel structures designed for durability and precision. Our team works with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, meeting AWS (American Welding Society) standards to ensure strength and compliance with industry regulations. Typical turnaround times for small to mid-sized projects range from 5 to 10 business days, while larger custom fabrications requiring extensive welding, cutting, and assembly may take 3 to 4 weeks depending on material availability and project complexity.
For all fabrication orders, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on scheduling and material lead times. Clients receive real-time project updates, including photos and video documentation, to ensure transparency throughout the process. We also offer delivery and on-site installation options, making sure your fabricated components are securely in place and meet all necessary specifications before final sign-off. Financing plans are available for qualified customers.

Emergency services come at an additional fee, as they require immediate scheduling adjustments and priority mobilization. Any same-day service request is classified as an emergency call and subject to emergency rates. Pricing will vary based on factors such as location, time of request, and complexity of the job.
